Nase:

Der MFPC Pas Operé zeigt in der Nase ähnlich reife Noten, wie er sie in der Farbe schon andeutet. Es ist ein Schaumwein, der an goldene Äpfel erinnert, die zusammen mit Vanille ihren Weg auf einen warmen Blätterteigboden gefunden haben. Neben diesen einladenden Noten, die wohl proportioniert sind, zeigt der Wein zudem kühle Aspekte. Dazu gehören Grafit, zerstoßener Stein und ein Anklang von Nussschalen, sowie solche von Zitronenzesten.

Gaumen:

Am Gaumen wirkt der Schaumwein lebendig in der Perlage und ausdrucksstark in der Aromatik. Auch hier findet man die gelben Äpfel, dazu ein paar Noten von Keller- und Mostäpfeln dank des leicht oxidativen Ansatzes, den Cà del Vént beim Ausbau des Grundweines pflegt. Der Wein wirkt intensiv, saftig und gelbtönig mit Anklängen von roten Beeren, Zitronenkernen, Mandeln, Nüssen und Gestein; delikat und elegant.

Infos zum Wein:

Dieser Schaumwein nach Methodo Classico setzt sich aus den Parzellen „M“ und „F“ des Weinguts uns den Rebsorten „P“ für Pinot Nero und „C“ für Chardonnay zusammen. Die Parzelle „M“ umfasst 0,6 Hektar Chardonnay, auf 320 Metern Seehöhe in Südwestlage mit einem gelblehmigen, recht tiefgründigen Boden, reich an organischen Stoffen, hohem Mineralgehalt und subalkalischem pH-Wert. Die Parzelle „F“ umfasst 0,4 Hektar Spätburgunder auf 380 Metern in westlicher Lage mit einem gelb-bis rotlehmigen Boden, hoher Mineralisierung und einem ebenfalls subalkalischen pH-Wert. Die Trauben wurden nach dem Pressen spontan im gebrauchten Holz vergoren und dort sieben Monate lang ausgebaut. Die Assemblage von 60 % Pinot Noir mit 40 % Chardonnay erfolgte am 22.3.2019. Danach lag der Schaumwein 56 Monate auf der Hefe. Degorgiert wurde „pas operé“, also ausschließlich mit dem eigenen Wein derselben Charge ohne Zugabe von Dosage oder Anderem. Es fand keine Kältestabilisierung, keine Filtration oder Schönung statt. Degorgiert wurde am 11.12.2023.

I feel like the harnesses for the wall don't fit the wood well enough, so you can get different distances from the wall, and one of my shelves is half a centimeter below the others, even though I lined it up the same. But they are sturdy shelves and very pretty. My only real complaint is the screw anchors for the walls. They are SERIOUS. I doubt these will ever fall out of the wall, for real. The only problem is, they eat the wall as you are putting them in. If I ever decide to move these, I will have to do some serious dry wall repair.

Simple, sturdy, and looks great in the room

I bought this farmhouse shelf for our bedroom because I needed extra storage that would not make the space feel cramped. It works especially well in smaller rooms or apartments where you want storage but do not want bulky furniture. If using it in a bathroom, I would just be mindful of humidity over time since the shelves appear to be engineered wood with a laminate finish. For towels and lightweight storage bins, it should work well. Overall, this is a practical and good looking shelf. It is not high end furniture, but it does not feel flimsy either. For the price, I would buy it again.

Great shelves for the price you pay. They look good and seem to have good stability so far; we’ll see if anything falls on heads. They came with 6 pieces of wood, not pre-drilled or with any marks for holes, a pack of pretty tough brackets, and all mounting hardware. We used a level, hammer, stud finder, tape measure, the provided wall anchors, long and short screws, pencil, 13/64 drill bit, Phillips head bit, and drill. These helped save space and get rid of some of their clutter.

The wood style is burned wood without any sealant. I would have given a better rating but some of the shelving was bowed which makes it not look as appealing. Pretty easy to install. It can hold a decent amount of weight. But certainly not made for books. Even with wall anchors. It gives you the option to hang it as shown in its picture or the other way where the supports are flipped.
