The detachable and adjustable hood with front brim offers extra coverage and can be adapted to changing weather conditions. Two large front pockets with snap closure keep your essentials secure and dry. Adjustable sleeve openings help seal out rain, and the inside stay-in-place straps at the front keep the coat positioned correctly while riding.
Finished with an MH logo tab at the front pocket and a reflective MH logo print at the center back, this coat combines technical performance with practical riding functionality.

Practical, logical, and comprehensive guide to starting and running an Airbnb

This is a great resource for anyone who wants to own and operate an Airbnb (short-term rental housing). The book is comprehensive. It starts with the basics and goes on and on, covering every conceivable issue, from startup basics to day-to-day operations, legal issues that might come up, how to hire a cleaning crew—even real estate issues many people might not be aware of. The only thing I found missing was instructions for how to deal with bedbugs, which are a growing problem throughout the world (and can wreak havoc on any rental property).
The book is well-organized, which makes it easy to read… perfect for anyone trying to learn the business from the ground up. It is well-researched, with many examples to show the reader how things work in the real world. There are a number of resources mentioned also: websites for additional information on how to compare rates, and so on.
The author is practical and pragmatic. He balances caution with enthusiasm (and vice versa). I recommend it to anyone who wants to gain additional income through Airbnb.
