Its reinforced steel flat bar frame and 1-1/8" UHMW idler wheels ensure reliable operation under demanding wash conditions.
Designed as a direct replacement for Hanna and RCV conveyor systems, this roller uses a D88K or C188 Triangle Plate for compatibility and stability. The 2-1/4" diameter UHMW idler wheels provide balanced load distribution, corrosion resistance, and quiet performance. Manufactured in La Habra, Orange County, California, this roller delivers OEM-level reliability trusted by car wash operators across the U.S.
