If you made your first subscription of Mystery Box of any kind, (never ordered any Mystery Boxes before) and received same product by mistake, please contact us, so we can replace it with your next month box.
Please note, if you purchased (no subscription) Mystery Box of any kind (Regular, Christmas, Halloween, Easter, etc.),
then made a subscription or one time purchase of Mystery Box of any kind, there is a possibility to receive some of the same product/products in your subscription boxes. We will not replace it.
If you made a subscription of a Mystery Box of any kind, and wish to make another subscription of Mystery Box of any kind, you most likely will receive some similar products. We will not replace it.
