Suggested Use
Helps to support normal early fetal development, including the brain and spinal cord, and reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily at least three months prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy. IT WORKS if you turn in the direction of the arrow half way around. IT WON'T OPEN UNLESS YOU TURN the top in THE DIRECTION OF THE ARROW so it unlocks. You can lock it again so it won't leak - a nice feature. I love the product and the clean Alba brand. Recommend.
