This is an 8-week structured course designed to give you a solid foundation in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
You’ll get access to two dedicated beginner classes per week on Tuesday and Thursday evenings plus unlimited access to the full timetable — so you can train as much as you like and make the most of your 8 weeks.
We’ll cover the essentials: Takedowns, Submission Attacks, Defence, Counters, Sweeps, and Passes — giving you the tools to confidently step into the wider BJJ and Grappling Universe.
