Vinyl LP pressing. 2018 release, the third solo album from the former Oysterband member. It is a big sounding record with serious themes but is nevertheless simple, raw, joyous, and unashamedly romantic. While Cooper continues to develop as a singer, here he plays all the instruments in a stripped-down production inspired by producer Rick Rubin's treatment of Johnny Cash's late recordings. The familiar mandolin, cello, guitar and harmonica are all there but Cooper also makes his recording debut as a piano player and features it prominently throughout the album. There is folk here but it's never quite folk. Nevertheless, the album is more English sounding with the inclusion of several trad tunes and songs woven into the album as the listener is taken on a journey from the English countryside, to Flanders, Venice, Beirut, and even to the moon in his song 'Ocean Of Storms'.

My husband loves these. He’s got black, navy, bright blue, burgundy, grey…. and I’m sure I may be missing some! They hold up nicely after repeated washings in cold water in the machine and I always hang to dry. For golf they are fabulous because they are non constricting and comfortable while playing in the hot Florida sun which he does on a daily basis. They run very true to size….he takes his usual medium and they fit perfectly. Highly recommend!

Nice shirt, great price.

Worn it twice and I find it very comfortable. I wear it outside and casually to protect my arms and neck from the sun and find it more comfortable than a long sleeve t-shirt. The price is comparable. If I was to wear it to the office it would have to be ironed. I bought one shirt to try it and I will be buying more.

I added one of these shirts to another order just to see if they were any good. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. It fits perfectly and looks pretty nice for a low cost casual dress shirt. Materials seem decent quality. Comfortable, soft fabric. Didn’t shrink too much in the washer and dryer. We’ll see how it holds up long term but so far so good
