In the rear resides AWE’s patented 180 Technology® resonators responsible for maintaining straight-through performance while decimating drone-prone frequencies. Thanks to the design and construction of 180 Technology® resonators, the internals will not break down and degrade over time causing tone change. Just full-bodied, drone-free rumble for life from the point of installation. This configuration provides the best ratio of interior refinement and exterior rumble on the market. No valves needed. Good finish, poor hardware.
Set screws are poor quality and are sometimes powdercoated on the exposed threads. Leads to striped hex sockets and inability to tighten properly.
Durable finish as evidenced by no visible damage after throwing parts across the shop in frustration.
Ended up running self tapping screws thru parts to complete assembly.
