- R85/F15 low-air-circulation heating combines radiant and forced convection heat for even results and better yield.
- Automatic controls cook by time or probe and then switch to hold mode when the cycle is complete.
- Stainless steel interior and exterior with insulation throughout for durability and heat retention.
- Mobile base with 5" casters, including two swivel casters with brakes, for easier transport.
