This Matfer Bourgeat Stainless Steel Sauce Pan is a part of Matfer’s Excellence Cookware line, which is designed to deliver both a high quality cooking performance and an ergonomic experience resulting in ultimate efficiency and comfort, excellent standards for anyone ranging from professional chef to home cook. This sauce pan is available in a choice of 7 sizes as well as matching lids, all sold separately. Manufactured in France, Matfer’s Excellence cookware is made of a stainless steel body and an aluminum “sandwich bottom” with shape memory, that retains heat to ensure the perfect cooking distribution throughout its skirt and base. This pan has a handle that is insulated in stainless steel tubes, ensuring a cool touch support and ultimately comfortable grip when lifting and pouring. Meanwhile, it’s tapered rim makes pouring drip free and transferring product from pan as easy to use as possible. Its handle is also constructed into the pan watertight, preventing bacteria from being trapped and certifying sanitary and hygienic use. This cookware is also NSF Listed further making it safe and healthy to use. Like you have a choice
Format: Hardcover
If you’re buying this, there’s a good choice it’s an assigned text and you have zero choice in the matter. I can say, this one is nowhere near as well written as the Aspen Torts and Civ Pro books. I often read passages in this book and shake my head because it’s so confusing. Property is tough, this book makes it worse.
