The Paradox SLS was born along our Stash 2026 parawing development. Broadening the range of use when riding with a parawing doesn’t just come from advancements in the latest wings, the board plays a crucial part in take-off efficiency. Since the goal is free flight, this shape is crafted with pumpability and good turning control in mind, making it the ultimate weapon to shred the bumps. The pulled-in surfy outline, step tail and enhanced rail bevels reduce the bottom area for good displacement of the water, so the foil can be pumped with the board still being on the water’s surface. This results in highly increased take-off efficiency, allowing to get up on foil with less power in the wing. The low rocker and front foot make pumping between sections efficient and the reduced thickness with recessed stance area adds great control and a connected feel through turns. The board is equipped with front footstrap inserts and built in our lightweight Biax Carbon construction to keep swing weight to a minimum. The DUOTONE Paradox SLS is the ultimate toy to tackle the bumps with the parawing, but with its surfy approach it can be prone foiled, ridden with foil assist or simply used for winging with advanced level and freefly focus.*Footstraps not included. V-Strap or Single Strap available separately. PARADOX SLS vs. SKYBRIDBoth boards are mid-length shapes, both work for a variety of disciplines like Wing Foiling, Parawing, Foil Assist and Prone Foiling (in small sizes). Here’s what sets the Paradox SLS apart from the Skybrid: + Lower rocker: Paradox SLS takes off earlier & pumps more efficient, which is important when downwinding – less controlled when going faster with the wing vs. Skybrid, which has the front foot higher. + Reduced bottom surface (more bevelled, pointy nose, step tail): Can be pumped out of the water through legs better vs. the wider bottom of the Skybrid, which offers more stability and ease of use in return.+ More maneuverable/agile vs. Skybrid, making the Paradox SLS the more surfy option for the more advanced rider.+ Longer esp. in bigger sizes. Adds glide for earlier take-off with Parawing. Smaller volumes are similar in lengths – for more advanced riders / windier conditions.+ Lighter construction (more like Crush/Midfish), with front strap option only, to avoid jumping – Skybrid can be jumped and ridden with both feet in straps! Parawingers and advanced Wing Foilers riding the wing flagged in small surf or river bumps – mainly strapless – will really like the Paradox SLS, especially with slightly higher level. Wing Foilers of all levels and those riders going faster will benefit from the stability and control at speed of the Skybrid, especially when using footstraps and doing the occasional jump.PARADOX SLS vs. MIDFISHThe Midfish – our dedicated Foil Assist board – is also a good option for Parawinging – especially for windy conditions – and offers great control in turns. The Paradox SLS, on the other hand, gets up on foil quite a bit earlier compared to the wider Midfish, allowing to ride less powered up and be more efficient when parawinging. The Paradox SLS can also be used for Foil Assist downwind sessions for that same reason.Shipping Notes

Very nice, but sizing is inconsistent
Size: 10 Wide, Color: Ivory/White/British Tan
All of these Cole Haan shoes are extremely well made and I like the styling. On the other hand, the sizing is very inconsistent and you may end up having to do a lot of returns trying to find the right size. Then if you get a different color of it, you may find the sizing different yet again.
If you find your right zie, they are really nice shoes at a very reasonable price for the quality.

I love this brand. These shoes look and fit great!
Size: 13 Wide, Color: Black/White/Black
I love wearing Cole Haan shoes. This is the second pair I’ve owned and the style just gets me. I’ve worn these to work at a great professional job every day, not just casual Friday. I wear these when I head out shopping or to dinner. They are functional, comfortable, built for regular and bigger wider feet and comfortable. I am 6 feet tall and my feet have changed size over the years to me needing a wider shoe to relieve pressure on my toes and front wide porting of my foot. So the 13W feels great and still walks the same as a regular 14 but more comfort for me. They look amazing and qualify in some offices as dress shoes (depending on company rules they will justify a sneaker as a shoe with the tan colored “gum” sole as a sneaker) so check company policy. The black sole on this makes it look more dressy. I am switching out the laces to match my previous Cole Haan because I think the white shoelaces look better. As an adult, aside from my Kenneth Cole boots Reaction boots and Doc Marten’s these are the only shoes I will pay 3 digits for. This looks like skater shoes but with a more mature look.

I am certainly glad I found them and finally ordered
Size: 10, Color: Ivory/White/British Tan
A bit bulkier than my Stan Smiths Leather versions, but actually more comfortable.
They seem to be a bit "clunkier" looking than a streamline Stan Smith, but it's a matter of style. It works for a change of pace.
Gets or picks up dirt a bit, but cleans well, except the canvas part.
Has lasted almost 6-8 months with very little signs of wear.
Feels very secure in any type of weather or condition.
Great alternative or addition to having a pair of Stan Smiths.
