The U.S. Army preferred the M4 with radial engines, so the M4A2 was supplied to other country's under the lend-lease act. Usurers of the M4A2 included Great Britain, France, Poland, and Russia. The United States Marine Corp also used the M4A2 in the south pacific theater of operation.
