ACT's 6-pad, spring-centered race disc features a spring-center to properly damp torsional vibrations and resist failure under harsh conditions. ACT spring retainers utilize wraparound spring windows and thicker retainer stampings to provide spring support, reduce stress concentrations, and increase strength and reliability. Perfect, as described put it together real quickly. To install the suction cups into the table I put a small amount of oil to get it. Make sure to put a small amount of water to get the best suction on the glass.

Terrific Buy!

I couldn't be happier with our new very handy piece of furniture. The tea/bar cart (I chose classic brown with the black iron) looks like a much more expensive purchase than it is. It's well-designed, well-made, and very easy to assemble, even for me: all of the holes, screws, bolts, etc., align perfectly for a level, sturdy, squared, and pleasing cart that can serve a multitude of purposes, depending on your household's needs.
I just bought a second. They really are just that versatile and good-looking, and they require little space.

This is a great bar cart. The shelves hold up with a bunch of bottles on it. To be fair, we do not wheel it around. It just stays in one spot.
