This five-battery fryer/filter system combines high-capacity open-pot frying with an under-fryer filter and roller pump to save space and speed oil recovery.
- Five-battery open pot gas fryer/filter system with 75 lb. oil capacity per frypot.
- Built-in under-fryer filter saves valuable floor space and keeps oil drain and return lines internally plumbed.
- 5.5 GPM roller pump with 1/3 HP motor speeds the filtering process and can move oil up to 20 feet away.
- Matching stainless steel drain station cabinet includes a food warmer and dump pan.
- Stainless steel precision welded frypot, front, sides, landing ledge, and cabinet for durability.
- Includes casters, joiner strips, and a filter starter kit for installation convenience.
