The Power Box compromises on nothing - maximum adaptability with superior strength and stability.
The standard kit includes a multi-grip pull-up bar, J-Hooks, all of which can handle whatever you can lift, and more. This system protects the barbell and most importantly the athlete, from serious injury. Functional fitness athletes are able to use this rack for rehab exercises by adding Crossover Symmetry or strength bands or build up strength by adding gymnastic rings or use the pull-up bar for strict pull-ups. The squat cage is also compatible with Industrial Athletic spotter arms, dip bars and elite J-hooks.
If you're tight on space, we've designed a half-rack version to save on space, depth-wise.

Important: Weights and bars are not included in the package. Due to the immense variety and complexity of floor and wall construction, we are unable to supply fasteners to mount the rigs or rack to the wall and floor. Of course, we are available to make recommendations.
