- Full-height pass-thru design supports loading and unloading from either side of the cabinet.
- Includes one solid Dutch door and one tempered glass double-pane Dutch door for a balance of visibility and heat retention.
- Universal wire slides accommodate up to (17) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (32) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" hotel pans.
- Top-mount controls and an analog thermometer make temperature monitoring simple.
- Insulated 304 stainless steel construction helps retain heat and withstand daily commercial use.
- 5" casters, including 2 with brakes, provide mobility and stability.
- Floor duct water pan can be filled to add humidity during holding.
