One may be bored when reading a speech of His Majesty because the subject spoken of has already slipped down the pages of history, but all of a sudden one stumbles over those few awakaning sentences which make you realise how important the mission of His Majesty was and in fact still is. His Majesty can be very diplomatic and set the listener, very often the ruling powers of the world, at peace so they can feel comfortable in His presence. But very often, it may be at the end of the speech, there is a climax, almost as if stating: heed not much what I said before and listen very carefully from now on.
