Comes with grip pads for each tray. No sliding around in the drawer. Perfect sizes and ways to use. Filled 4 kitchen drawers and still extra pieces for a 5th drawer. These thick plastic trays are an AWESOME value for what you get! You get (2) sets for double the storage capacity!
