The Human (HYAL2) Hyaluronidase-2 ELISA Kit measures Hyaluronidase-2 in samples. The plate has been pre-coated with Human HYAL2 antibody. HYAL2 present in the sample is added and binds to antibodies coated on the wells. And then biotinylated Human HYAL2 Antibody is added and binds to HYAL2 in the sample. Then Streptavidin-HRP is added and binds to the Biotinylated HYAL2 antibody. After incubation unbound Streptavidin-HRP is washed away during a washing step. Substrate solution is then added and color develops in proportion to the amount of Human HYAL2. The reaction is terminated by addition of acidic stop solution and absorbance is measured at 450 nm.

Return Logistics: Amazon offered a return, but the box is heavy, and disassembly/repackaging would be a major task. Final Verdict I really like this product, but I’m deducting two stars for a total lack of customer service. I’ve decided to buy tools and fix it myself rather than deal with a heavy return. I hope the seller sees this and reaches out. The lesson learned is to check every part of a product before assembly.
