• 304 stainless anchor agitator hugs the kettle wall; removable nylon scraper blades wipe the surface continuously to prevent scorching.
• Counter-rotating secondary beater (60 / 120 RPM) keeps particulates in suspension for perfect consistency.
• Bayonet-mounted tools lift out in seconds for cleaning or when the kettle is used without mixing.
• Actuator-assisted bridge lift with positive rim-lock and built-in safety that prevents high-speed starts while the bridge is raised.
