The Makita 18-Volt LXT Lithium-Ion battery charges faster and works longer than standard Lithium-Ion batteries, giving you and your cordless tools unmatched performance and productivity to take on the most demanding applications. The Makita 5.0Ah battery, model BL1850B, combines more run time (65% more run time per charge than the Makita BL1830 battery) with a category-leading charge time of only 45-minutes so it spends more time working and less time sitting on the charger. For added convenience, it also features an on-board LED charge level indicator to monitor battery charge. The 18-Volt LXT 5.0Ah battery is compatible only with Star Protection tools, indicated by the Star Symbol and/or Yellow Battery Receiver under the tool. Makita 18-Volt Lithium-Ion batteries resist self-discharge so they're ready for use even after long periods of storage. The Makita Rapid Optimum Charger (sold separately) is a smart-charging system that communicates with the battery during the charging process to monitor current, voltage and temperature. This advanced charging technology helps optimize battery life and deliver a faster charge. In addition, the Charger has a built-in fan to cool the battery for faster and more efficient charging, even in hot weather conditions. Perfect
Color: Blue
I am fostering a Husky/Black and Tan Coon dog. We have had her since early February. She has chewed up a lot of my shoes. She destroyed my other dogs stuffed squeaky toys. So I decided to buy her this ball. She reminds me of Linus from Charlie Brown. She wakes up with this ball and falls asleep with it. I’ve not had another shoe fatality. This ball is her most loved possession. It is pretty tough. Now She did kill the squeaker within the first few hours (which trust me I am GOOD with that! I’ve never put treats in it. The rope is still attached. After this review I am going to buy her another as a back up!

Favorite fetch
We have a 70 lb Aussie and a 13 lb Havanese who compete with each other to fetch toys. This hedgehog is their favorite, largely due to the loud assertive squeak. Our big dog is a chewer and has a history of getting to any squeaker in a toy, once nearly choking when successfully removing one from a smaller toy. She still tries to chew on this toy, going straight for the nose but has not yet gotten to the squeaker which is large enough that I don't believe would be a choking hazard if she did get to it. No soft toy is indestructible, but compared to other plush toys, this is more durable. Once the nose has been chewed off, I have simply hand stitched the hole closed and from then on she's no longer interested in chewing through it. Have run through the wash and comes out fine. When one eventually wears out I order a replacement and the 2 puppies compete once again over ownership.
