The lining is cut from a preshrunk black 100% cotton flannel which makes this a breathable comfy hat and eliminates hat hair, due to the natural choice of materials. No hat hair with this hat design.
This medium size hat will comfortably fit someone who’s head measurement is 22 - 22 1/4” around.
