Ingredients:

• Alfalfa** (Medicago sativa)
• Red Raspberry Leaf** (Rubus idaeus)
• Nettle Leaf* (Urtica dioica)
• Moringa Leaf* (Moringa oleifera)
• Fennel Seed* ( Foeniculum vulgare )
• Chamomile Flower* (Matricaria chamomilla)
• Oat Tops* (Avena sativa)
• Marshmallow Leaf* (Althaea officinalis )

Preparation:
Use 1/2 Tablespoon per 8 oz hot water. Steep covered for 10 minutes. 

Long Infusion: Use 3-4 tablespoons per quart of hot water. Steep covered for 4 hours on the counter for a mineral-rich infusion. Strain and sip.
