Only flawless grapes are selected for this wine. Pinot Noir grapes from the Upright and 777 clones are hand-picked and individually sorted in the winery before undergoing gentle whole bunch pressing directly into seasoned French oak barriques. To maintain purity, generosity, and balance, wild vineyard yeast is used for primary fermentation.
