The Overture XM5 houses the latest-generation flagship ES9039SPro DAC chipset that is combined with the XMOS XU316 16-core USB processor for enhanced high-resolution audio signal decoding support. With the help of a powerful amp section consisting of dual TPA6120 AMP chips, the Overture XM5 has a strong output rated at up to 1070mW at 32Ω. It maintains clean and crisp output with Low distortion and high SNR, and DNR performance. ONIX Overture XM5 has been designed to deliver a pure music listening experience with enhanced details and a rich tonality. The device houses a 3” square touch screen display along with a volume knob and four media control keys. It is a pure music player that features WiFi for Online Tidal Streaming, DLNA, and AirPlay support.

Shanling ONIX Overture XM5 comes equipped with the latest-generation ESS Sabre flagship ES9039S Pro DAC chipset. It is the latest flagship 32-Bit DAC chip from ESS Sabre Technologies. It provides exceptional high-resolution audio signal decoding. Combined with the XMOS XU316 16-core usb processor, we have full support for decoding high-resolution PCM 32-bit/768kHz and native DSD512 audio signals. WIth such a high-end setup, the Overture XM5 has a SNR of up to 121dB, and a THD+N distortion control of 0.0006%.
High-Power Amp Section:-
Shanling Onix Overture XM5 comes equipped with dual TPA6120 high-power amplification chips. They provide a strong output thrust producing up to 1070mW of clean output through the 4.4mm balanced output port. The amp section is clean, precise and accurate, promising an extraordinary listening experience for the users. With three-level gain modes, it pairs well with both sensitive as well as demanding IEMs.
True-Fidelity FPGA Architecture:-
Shanling ONIX Overture XM5 has been designed with an in-house developed FPGA architecture. It enables true high-fidelity PCM and DSD audio signal processing on the music player. You get to listen to the true high-resolution music as clear as the recording engineer intended it to be.

Shanling ONIX XM5 has wireless two-way Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity. It provides Airplay, DLNA, and Online Tidal streaming through WiFi connectivity and supports high-resolution Bluetooth transmission featuring LDAC, AptX HD, SBC, AAC, etc. It also has SyncLink function with Shanling Eddict player application on Android or Apple devices.
