Freeze dried to lock in all the nutrients, all you have to do is add boiling water and you will have a delicious dessert that the whole family is sure to love. At just 980g per tin, each tin is really easy to store and contains a total of 14 servings! With a shelf life of 25 years, you can't go wrong with adding this meal tin to your long term survival supplies. 

To prepare a single serving, remove 70g of dry mix from the can and bring to the boil 150ml of water. Stir in the water to the food until mixed thoroughly. Cover and let the food stand for 8-9 minutes. Stir, season to taste and serve!
