Each Migali® Hot plate burner is rated at 32,000 BTUs and can be manually adjusted. The C-RO2B-24GL-NG is also eye catching, boasting a high polished stainless steel exterior and interior, (4) chrome temperature knobs, (1) thermostat knobs and stainless steel adjustable legs. The oven’s interior is porcelain wrapped steel for easy cleaning and to preserve the interior’s integrity for many years to come. Each oven is size is 26.5 wide x 26 deep and can fit two full sized sheet racks. The oven itself boasts a heat capacity of 27,000 BTU.
