De Valpolicella Ripasso wordt ook wel de baby Amarone genoemd. Dit komt omdat het druivengebruik overeenkomt. Daarnaast wordt er in de tweede gisting most van de Amarone toegevoegd. De Corvina, Molinara en Rondinella druiven worden handmatig geoogst en in kleine kratjes naar het wijnhuis gebracht. Hier worden zij zachtjes geperst en op hout opgevoed. Vervolgens wordt de most van Amarone toegevoegd, zodat Villa Loren Valpolicella Ripasso een twee gisting krijgt. Great Bag but needs double zippers

Love the bag, its cute, light weight, has lots of pockets and is travel friendly. My only wish is that the larger compartment had a double zipper so I could open from either side. All my other backpacks have double zippers, didn't realize how much I would miss that.
