Ziet er misschien een beetje groen uit aan de randen, maar het is nu jouw bemanning. Maak ons trots. De sterren roepen... en het avontuur wacht!Als pas gepromoveerde Starship Captains hebben de spelers het commando over hun eerste sterrenschip en willen ze zich bewijzen in een melkwegstelsel vol ruimtepiraten, chagrijnige oude androïden, oude artefacten en interplanetaire avonturen. In dit spel in eurostijl voor 1-4 spelers, dat een mix is van actieselectie en engine building, bestuur je een gevarieerde bemanning van cadetten, vaandrigs, androïden en officieren - elk met verschillende speciale rollen en mogelijkheden. Door medailles te verdienen, kun je je bemanning bevorderen en trainen voor nog meer effectiviteit. Ook kun je je schip upgraden met krachtige motorbouwtechnologie voor maximale synergie.
Wat ga je doen met deze verbeterde bemanning en dit schip? Claim was easy, speedy, and Amazon gift card was applied almost immediately.
I had to make a claim for a Ninja blender that was emitting an odor of burning or melting wires. I called a service representative thinking I might encounter a problem and was surprised. The agent was helpful and made the entire process so easy I applaud her! The Amazon gift card was posted to my account almost immediately after UPS picked the product up. I have decided that for products with a large number of parts and electronics that can fail I will purchase Asurion protection.

Asurion "Assures" nothing!
Asurion has terrible Customer Support. All machine based. They give you no phone # for human interaction. Their online Support process is very close-ended. It is a checklist designed to frustrate purchasers whose issue lies outside only the very issue.
My issue: I bought "Cuisinart TOB-40FR Custom Classic Toaster Oven Broiler, Silver (Renewed)" on May 26, 2024. It stated it had a 90 day warranty. So I bought an Asurion Protection Plan also to cover it for 3 years. The toaster started flaking off metal finish inside the oven over the cooking area. I tried to file a claim with Asurion and they told me the Manufacturers warranty was still in effect and I should contact Cuisinart. This despite the oven was sold with a Amazon Renewed verbiage stating a 90 day warranty.
And they have nothing on their "Machine Checklist" to cover this eventuality. And I would assume I am not the only one who takes the "Renewed" route and backs it up with a "Protection Plan".
They will frustrate you no end. I suspect, like many insurances, they seek to deny, deny, deny, in hopes the purchaser will give up.

GIFT CARD AS REPLACEMENT, NO CHOICE OF CHECK OR REPLACEMENT. GOOD COMPANY
PROS:
* A decent company, responsive and fair.
* Allows you to buy items from anywhere you want, and buy the warranty at Amazon.
* Provides better coverage than other warranties, and covers more, including breakage!
CON:
They don't send you a check in order to buy wherever you want, send a replacement, or give you a choice. Instead, they send you an Amazon Gift Card. That's OK if you're a big Amazon shopper, but sometimes, you can get a better price elsewhere.
