Zoek afleiding
In deze sessie onderzoek je met welke plezierige activiteiten je jezelf kunt afleiden als je het idee hebt dat je niet kunt stoppen met onnodig denken.
Haal het getob uit je hoofd
Je kunt het gepieker uit je hoofd halen door je gedachten op te schrijven en ze te delen met anderen. In deze sessie ga je hier direct mee aan de slag.
Maak je denkbeelden realistisch
Stel jij je vaak catastrofale gebeurtenissen en doemscenario’s voor? In deze sessie maak je je denkbeelden realistisch.
Benoem wat goed is
In deze sessie sta je stil bij alles waar je trots op bent in je leven. Wat gaat goed? Waar ben je dankbaar voor? Op deze manier leer je om ook stil te staan bij de positieve kanten.
Vang je muizenissen
Heb je het door als je de controle over je gedachten verliest? Bewustwording van je negatieve gedachten is belangrijk om ze onschadelijk te kunnen maken.
Pak het redelijk aan
In deze sessie ga je aan de slag met de onderwerpen in je leven waar je je het meeste zorgen over maakt. Hoe kun je er anders tegenaan kijken?
Denken in plaats van piekeren
Je gaat aan de slag met een schrijfoefening om door een andere bril te kijken naar een nare gebeurtenis uit het verleden waarover je piekert.
Lekker ontspannen dwarrelen
In deze sessie leer je om zonder te oordelen naar je eigen gedachten te kijken. Je hébt gedachten, je bént niet je gedachten.
Ontmasker je denkgewoonten
Zonder enige kennis etiketten plakken, lekker zwart-witdenken. Veel mensen maken gebruik van een aantal hardnekkige denkgewoonten. In deze sessie ontmasker je je eigen denkfouten.
Neem een beslissing
Vaak blijf je maar om een beslissing heen draaien, waardoor je besluiteloos en passief wordt. Een stappenplan helpt je een knoop door te hakken.
Breng humor in je leven

The toy is no match for my dogs.

The toy itself is well made and the squeaker work well. Unfortunately, it only lasted about 2 weeks before my Treeing Walker Coonhound pup (super chewer) had it shredded. My Plott hound ( heavy chewer) just loved these! She is older and they last longer for her. However she does love to go for the seems first then rips out the squeaker. But she will carry it around for months like that. I think she like the material. I'll probably go back to Walmart for the smaller cheaper ones for now.

My best friend brought her 16-month-old German Shepherd up for a visit and I happen to love him to pieces! A few months ago, I bought the smaller version of this same toy snake for him and he LOVED it. Many squeaker toys he has eventually torn up, as puppies and others do. The smaller only has a small tear in the butt-end from playing some minor tug of war with it. This larger version is made just as well and with the same materials. It is very durable, but there are no toys indestructible. The only difference is the length, and it has 6 JUMBO squeakers as opposed to 5 smaller ones. It got here on the day of this post and he has not stopped playing with it! Now if you’re one that squeakers get on your nerves, this is not for you. But, if you’re like me and truly enjoy watching (and hearing) a fur baby having so much fun, then buy this now! The price is very reasonable in my humble opinion. It is Ryker Der Hauswolf approved and I recommend it.

Absolutely one of the best chew toys I've ever bought my dog

Absolutely one of the best chew toys I've ever bought my dog. She's a lab-pit mix, about 70 lbs, loves to chew, and is almost pure muscle. There are no half-measures with my dog. When she plays tug of war, she's playing to win. Often, she ends up whipping her entire body back and forth violently to get that thing out of your hands. Playing with her feels like you're pulling against a freight truck. I've never had a plush chew toy last longer than 15-20 minutes. It rips, and suddenly out comes all the stuffing and squeakers. Impossible. I just stopped buying her plush toys altogether, which was such a shame because I know that's her favorite thing ever. But when I saw this on Amazon, I thought I'd give it a try. I wasn't expecting much, nothing is truly invincible. BUT THIS THING IS TOUGH! It's my dog's favorite, she loves the squeakers so much, and so we've played tug of war or keep away nearly every day since I bought it. Yeah, there's a small hole in it now, the fur's a little matted and it doesn't look at pretty as when I bought it, BUT IT STILL LIVES! It's lasted three whole months, which is miracle given my dog's seriously aggressive play style. Squeakers are intact, the black lining has held up, I really can't believe it. I've even given her free reign with it over the past couple of weeks, as I have another one saved for the day this finally dies. Even though she's allowed to take this thing behind the couch and really go at it in a serious chew session, she can't break that black lining. Amazing product.

Upon opening this toy I was hopeful that it would last my dog (medium size beagle mix) quite a while. While he enjoyed it, he was able to start ripping it up less than 24 hours after getting it. Now 10 days later, he’s completely destroyed it. He was able to rip open all layers of material, pull them apart, and tear all the squeakers out. While the squeakers are large, they could be a choking hazard for a large dog. Based on the advertised “durability” of this toy and how little time it lasted my dog, I would not purchase it again.
