Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need the Back Cover Pipe Kit?
If you're adding a Back Cover and don't already have a frame running across the rear of your enclosure, yes — the cover needs a frame to hang from. If your build already has a rear frame, you may only need the Back Cover itself.
How is this different from the Pipe Framing Kit?
The Pipe Framing Kit builds the frame for the entire enclosure. The Back Cover Pipe Kit is just the rear-frame portion that supports the Back Cover — a smaller add-on for closing off the back.
Can I source my own pipe instead?
You can use your own 2-inch EMT, but it's often hard to find locally and must be cut to exact lengths. This kit ships pre-cut, sized, and labeled so it drops right into place — and it won't fit unless it's true 2-inch EMT.
Why does it ship freight?
The pipe lengths are long and heavy, so the kit ships on a pallet by freight. The carrier will schedule delivery; add lift-gate service at checkout if you can't unload from a truck.

| What's not covered | Damage from misuse, modification, or improper assembly; cosmetic marks that appear after first use; frame tubing you source locally; projector, launch monitor, software, or other third-party equipment; and clearance or remnant items sold as-is. |
| Replacement parts | Most components — including pipe lengths and steel fittings — can be purchased individually if a part is ever damaged or lost. Reach out with your enclosure size and we'll help you order the correct part. |
| How to file a claim | Email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected components. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.
